How fast do I get everything back?
Photos back the next day, video within 48 hours. Floor plans, 3D tours and virtual edits are back the next day too.
How long is the shoot?
Anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the size of the home and the services booked.
Can I be on camera?
Yes, and on camera time is included with every video. The Rivaro Creative Form covers what you'll say, and a script can be drafted for you to approve.
How should the home be prepped?
Use the prep checklist below. It doesn't need to be perfect.
What if the home isn't ready?
There's no fee to reschedule or cancel, even if the home isn't ready on shoot day.
Who can use the photos and video?
The agent who books can use them to market that property while it's for sale, and any other use needs written permission. Rivaro Media, LLC keeps the copyright. If the home relists with a new agent, the existing photos can be re-licensed for a flat fee.
How does payment work?
The invoice arrives by email once the last of your media is delivered. Pay online by card or bank transfer within 14 days.
